AfdelingPaccar Financial Europe (PFE) is the captive finance company for DAF Trucks NV offering finance solutions to the transportation market, both for DAF dealers and DAF customers. PFE is a young and dynamic organization. The Euro Medium Term Notes program of PFE is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The department Finance & Control of PFE is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of the PFE organization.FunctieomschrijvingThe Manager PFE Internal Control & Audit is responsible for developing and maintaining an adequate system of internal control in conformity with PACCAR policies and procedures.
This includes managing the Sarbanes-Oxley and ICAP processes.
Reviewing the adequacy of the PFE Internal Control System at all locations in Europe and developing proposals for improvements.
Furthermore the Manager Internal Control & Audit trains the PFE accounting and operational teams on Internal Control, PFE and PACCAR policies and reviews compliance with these policies.
As part of the compliance with the financial service license in Germany, the Manager PFE Internal Control & Audit develops an internal audit program and performs internal audit procedures on the adequacy of the risk management processes of PF Germany in accordance with the PACCAR internal audit standards.
Developing the risk management and performing internal audit procedures at other PFE subsidiaries may become part of the job in the future. He reports to the Controller Reporting of PFE.
FunctieprofielFor this position we like to get in touch with candidates with a completed CPA education or comparable level with at least four years of audit or financial experience.
You have good knowledge of Dutch and English. Further you have experience in working with MS Office applications (proficiency with Excel, Word, Access and Outlook).
You are a team player and able to work under time pressure.
